Georgia is easily one of my favorite countries to recommend to both starting and experienced travelers. The combination of natural beauty and cultural heritage is hard to beat anywhere else. As the above grading shows, there isn't really anything to criticize from a digital nomad perspective. So, from a practical point of view, I would recommend basing oneself in Tbilisi and taking weekend trips from there around the country. However, we did notice that the (mobile) internet was good enough even in some more remote places, making it possible to spend a couple of weeks working, for example, in the mountains.
The two main things to see that I would recommend are Vardzia - a cave monastery - in the south and Svaneti - famed for its towers everywhere - in the north. Getting around isn't trivial, but there is minibus-based transport (Marshrutkas) that goes to most cities, so it's definitely doable.
Overall, I would give Georgia a 10/10 on my recommendation list. The only general caveat I could imagine is that, like Central Asia, rent prices have significantly surged due to Russian 'refugees' fleeing conscription status in Russia.
Best resource for information: https://wander-lush.org/ Her information about Georgia is absolutely fantastic, and second to none.
In season Batumi is a bit like caucasus' Las Vegas, fancy new buildings with light shows, lots of casinos and as an added bonus the Black Sea. Out of season it can feel quite abandoned, but overall we enjoyed our time here.
The capital of Georgia is a beautiful city combining a decent amount of historic beauty with soviet style amusement parks and a decent number of hipster places to explore.
